General expectations--

1. HAVE FUN!!! This is a hobby we should ENJOY! If it isn't fun, why do it?!


2. Everyone will be treated with respect while you wear your =BAD= tags. If an individual, in your judgment, does not deserve your respect, then chances are they do not deserve your company either. So don't hang out with them.

A. We are an 18+ clan, so adult language and some off-color jokes are permissible, but use common sense, know your surroundings, and think before you speak.


3. Don't cheat. If it didn't come with the game, not supposed to be with the game, or you are changing parameters’/settings in game that is NOT accessible through the main menu of the game, it is probably cheating.


4. Members should always portray excellent sportsmanship in their online gaming while either in any of =BAD='s servers or another clan's servers.


5. You must possess some sort of decent core values, i.e.--honesty, integrity, loyalty.


Attendance/Participation/Communication--

1. There are several ways we use to communicate, and it is each individual’s responsibility to use them as well. These include email, Team Speak, Forums, and sometimes on a messenger service. If there is an issue please let us know.


2. We find that many people have various skills when it comes to Computers, Design, Photo Shop, and other technical issues. Just because you think you can program doesn't entitle you access to anything on this website or affiliated servers as soon as you get your tags. If you have an idea, bring it up by all means. Over time, you may earn the right of being an admin of some type.


3. This is YOUR clan, if anyone has any issue or idea on how to make something better around here, bring it up for discussion.


4. Wearing of clan tags is mandatory for all members. If you can't do something with clan tags on, you probably shouldn't be doing it anyway. Although we can't tell you what to do, we can and reserve the right to ban for noncompliance if in a majority of the =BAD='s opinion that the member in question is doing something shady or possibly clan hopping.



New Recruits/Recruiting--

1. Members must be at least 18.

2. All new memberships must be passed by all available members and a majority "yes" vote by several =BAD= members. Until that point, they will only be considered a prospect.

3. If a new prospect and a present member have real issues, the new prospect will probably not be ok'd in order to preserve morale and unit integrity here.

4. New recruits will be given necessary information to set up Team Speak and joining our servers via our online video tutorial.



Consequences for disregarding the =BAD= Code of Conduct--


1. Nothing: The alleged actions were all untrue.


2. Warning: A warning may be issued.


3. Immediate Expulsion: =BAD= is a tolerant clan, however in extreme circumstances, immediate expulsion is possible.
A. When proposed, it will be done by a "Vote" of as many =BAD= as possible.
